I miss George & the old staff but Dr Tom is really good & knowledgeable. My fur kids seem to have taken to him.
I really dislike poor customer service as a general rule.Not getting what we want or when we want it is fine. But putting clients/customers through a painstaking process, alike to getting blood from stone, is a poor experience and one that we would not want to repeat.this was our experience from a basic phone inquiry. I would HATE to image what it would be like if our animal was being 'cared for' by them.Well imagining it is the closest they will ever get to seeing our beloved pets.
I attended this "vet hospital" today with an injured Rosella ( hit by a car). I asked the girl at the front counter to take it in to a vet. Her response? 'We don't treat wild life. Take it to Stewart street vet". Wow. So I'm standing there with an animal which is still conscious and in pain with blood coming from its nose and eye and they refused to treat for pain or if necessary euthanasia. What failures they are. Happily Stewart Street Vet where amazing.
