I have always loved this shoe shop and find it very hard to leave empty handed (I'm like a kid in a candy store). The staff are always welcoming and don't mind a chat. Whenever I'm on the hunt for something in particular, I tend to leave Pussyfoot as my last port of call, knowing that where else I have failed to find the shoes I need, they will surely have exactly what I have spent hours looking for (yes, ofcourse I could go there first, but that is half the excitement of finally finding that special pair of shoes).
This shop had completely unreasonable staff and rude service. Was not willing to discuss changing unworn shoes only 8 days after purchasing shoes I felt pressured into buying. Not even a credit was given.
