The staff here are always exemplary. Friendly and accommodating. Love coming here for the 12 Hour, feels like Im home!

Friendly and helpful staff. Had better rooms here previously as this one isn't accessed by the lifts. I would ask for a different room next time not stair access. Not many people staying here at present either. Room is clean and comfortable.
Stayed from Xmas eve to 29 December 2019, staff were amazing, super helpful and made the stay a great experience. Jacob was particularly brilliant and always accommodating. Definitely would stay again. Could not recommend this hotel more. Amenities (pool etc) beautiful and the views from our room were incredible. Thank you to rydges Bathurst for a wonderful stay. From the moment of booking to leaving everything was easy and it was down to the welcoming and accommodating staff, makes all the difference. Any requests were met with ease and politeness. It was perfect.
Nice views, small selection at breakfast but adequate. The room is nice and spacious, reception staff are friendly. Easy check in and check out. Secured parking available (limited spots). It is located right off the track, it was a bit of a novelty driving in.
