Some good points, some not so good. Mixed feelings about the doctors - have had some rubbish experiences with some and great with others. Your experience will really depend on who you're seeing.
Like others have said I find newer staff are generally nicer while senior staff are jerks. It's a bit of hit and miss. They need to promote from within and fire some staff that don't have proper people skills. I'm quite sure they act like this is because they know their job is secure and can get away with it.
Only giving one star because I have to. If I had a choice I wouldnt give any!! One staff member in X-Ray/Ultrasound was so dam rude, she talked down to me, made me feel like I was making the pain Im experiencing up, that its in my head. She had the audacity to question my Dr and his reasons for the tests. Questioned me on what is it he is looking for, did he do this, did he do that etc. What other tests have I had. Her manner is disgraceful!! One staff member who started my U/S was lovely and made me feel at ease, then this other one walked in and took over, you could cut the tension with a knife!! By something she said I think she is only new to BBH. All I can say is, if she keeps up the bed side manner she had today, she will upset ALOT of people!!! Highly unprofessional!! The receptionist at X-Ray however, Donna, she was just awesome!! She deserves 5 stars for her service and personality!!!
