Simon can be a little hard to understand but if you listen it comes across - in the end it doesn't matter as he knows his stuff he has a good range in stock and can get most things by the following day - better than the net any day!

Had to reinstall Windows. Promised to backup all data and restore. When I picked up the computer all emails and other data apart from what was in my 'Doccuments', 'Pictures', 'Music' etc folders was not restored. If I were a small business I'd be in deep trouble right now. Will not take anything to him again.
