I visited this clinic for the first time and saw Dr Monica. She was exceptional extremely knowledgeable, thorough and approachable I would recommend her to any person seeking a new doctor
If you need a medical certificate or have a runny nose then this place is ok as long as you dont mind waiting over an hour on average. If you need a real doctor to treat you then avoid this medicare cash register. Doctors are either junior with poor English and oratory skills or had their ability to prescribe limited by the Dept of Health. They schedule patients every 10min so its a revolving door medicare cash grab. If you have a real medical concern do not go here.
On more than one occasion the reception stuff have been very rude. So abrupt, and very difficult to deal with.I remain polite and friendly, but its very difficult to put up with.I have therefore decided to change medical centres. Its a pity.
Rubbish. All doctors are booked up in days in advance and when you happen to get ill and ring up or walk in off the street to see your regular doctor or any one from that practice you cant get in. How the hell do people know they are going to be sick in advance and book out a whole practice, what about people who happen to get sick all of a sudden.
One of the best medical centres I have ever come across. The receptionists are bright, cheerful and efficient, not to mention patient. The GP I see, is the best I have ever seen. I can't believe it took me so long to find this medical centre.
