If you are after home appliances, you would be better going to the Good Guys. If you are after home furnishings, you would be far better off going to Fantastic Furniture. The staff, service, pricing and range at Harvey Norman is easily beaten by all of their competitors. You would be doing yourself a great disservice by going to this two-bit, second-rate clown circus of a place!
The staff at Bathurst are fantastic to deal with, I recently purchased a new TV through Harvey Norman Bathurst to find that TV was faulty out of the box, I called within 2 weeks of having the TV and they issued me with a straight replacement. The replacement TV had the same issues as the last plus more, called them up again and they issued me with a store credit so I purchased another TV through them which is awesome so far. Thank you for your customer service Harvey Norman Bathurst, Sean, Will and Leah were great to deal with in the TV department.
Worst customer service ever. Return policy is poor. The staff is rude And even online they don't care about their customers. Waited for hours but they don't pickup my call. I prefer JB HI FI over Harvey, with there awesome return policy and great customer service experience.
