Had my car interior detail done. there was stink smell caused by milk spilled on the seat and carpet. he said it would not be easy todeodorize the smells like milk, however, couple of hours later,i was surprised that car was deodorized perfectly and treated it as fresh as normal.Also I only paid 110 dollars, half of normal price as it was on winter special promotion period made me more happy!saved money, saved me!
Had the 75 dollar wax and wash and as they are the new guys in Bathurst thought I would give them a go. Well once I got into my car I noticed the cup holder was as dirty as when I dropped it off tho everything else was clean besides the back seats. I thought they have done a quick job but that's what I get for being lazy. Anyways I got home and then saw 4 chips of my paint off bonnet.... so I contacted them and basically was told they didn't do it but with my colour car and the 4 marks you would notice it straight away. Between a few emails and phone calls I didn't even get a refund just it wasn't them... even with providing photos etc so yeah beware and don't go to. I thought between damaging my car, not doing a good job on the inside and all that I would have been offered a partial or full refund to go towards fixing the marks but no just been I ignored from both them and there head office. If you value your car go to another or wash it yourself.
