i was told to drop my car off at 8 am, i arrived at 8 am and waited outside the shop untill 8.40 when the first person decided to actually come to work and open the shop... then they charged me 150 dollars for a 5 minute side mirror job ontop of the service which was overpriced too.
Over my years as a customer and in dealing with this business, I have found Joe and staff to be totally honest and trustworthy in everything they do for me. If there are any issues, they call me to advise what my options are for my vehicle and for me to make the decision/s to follow through on. Joe is as honest as the day is long. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends for any vehicle service requirements. Thank you.
Paid 270$ for rocker cover gasket was not done properly cracked 1 week after, now getting another mechanic to fix what they also couldnt find and do ! Very unsatisfactory!

I'm very very disappointed with west end auto repairs, because they 'fixed' my car about a month ago after it broke down on the side of the road. Then a month later (the other night) my car broke down again because they didn't do their job properly the first time and pick up the issue properly. I had to pay TWICE to fix the car, and pay to get it towed there, and they are not cheap!! It the job was done properly the first time, there should have been no issue with the car again. And when I tried to talk to the receptionist ladies about the problem they did not have good customer service and one lady was quite rude to me. This company has lost me and my family as customers.
