Excellent service from all the mechanics at inwood motors, Ive had my car repaired by David for many years. They all go above and beyond and run me home if need be. Their prices are very reasonable. Excellent all round

I took my car in to inwood motors for a service and was so impressed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They didnt overcharge and kept me informed of what needed to be done. They were fast and efficient and considering how busy they were I was very impressed that they could fit me in and get the job done in the time they had. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else and highly recommend inwood motors to everyone. If I could give more stars I would.
They had my car for 3 days to fix an o-ring behind the thermostat, i was quoted $400 but when i went to pick it up they had charged me $769..when i asked them about the price the mechanic told me 'i dont recall saying that and i do often give people quotes but i normally write it down' he then proceeded to find the paperwork and told me that its not written down then the office woman suggested he had given me a time not a quote so i repeated word for word what was said and was still not believed. When i arrived to pick up the car the bonnet was up and i had to ask for my keys twice. I had to keep calling them to find out what was going on as i was told on the 2nd day that it would be ready by midday the following day, we did not get it back until 3pm...very careless and rude staff, i feel i was taken advantage of. Think twice before you take your car to these people.
