my fault for believing Craig Limon Bull S*** over the phone what a dud, said the vehicle was a gem and owned by retired mechanic- i used to be a mechanic this is a great vehicle everything works great i queried check engine light was on the photo Craig said its on start up when we took photo.Engine light stays on took to be tested it has injector issue, rear suspension is flogged, dints over vehicle , missing parts off car. took vehicle to a proper mechanic going to cost a small fortune - DO NOT TRUST these people
An absolute disgrace!!!! The dealer never transferred the registration even though they charged me registration fees and stamp duty. Months later I was pulled over for having an unregistered vehicle and fined $1000. Trying to get them to actually transfer the vehicle was like trying to get blood out of a stone. I wouldnt recommend business with these guys
Please remember people that if the dealership says that you have to have the repairs carried out at their workshop, this is BS as there is absolutely no obligation by the customer to do this. Just because they say you should is only another way they get you back there. You can take your repair to any authorised (licensed) mechanic.ALSO, remember that if they say that they can't warrant the repair (contrary to the signed Form 5), then you still have the Australian Consumer Law which addresses both major and minor defects and this has the exact same outcome as the Form 5.So be aware of your rights!
Happy with the buy. However, zero after sales service. No phone calls were ever returned. Promised everything and delivered nothing. Vehicle bought with damaged fuel cap with promise of replacement. Vehicle bought with 30k service done but was not. After phone calls and personal visits Ive realised Im being fobbed off and the best I can do is write this report.
We bought a vehicle from this yard in April 2017, Right from the start the sales process and salesman were absolutely fantastic. They carried out their duties very professionally and included my wife and children in the process as well. Our sales person Matt, along with his manager Stephen were faultless. First time I've been able to purchase a vehicle and laugh at the same time. Second vehicle now Iv purchased from Stephen and would happily do so again tomorrow. We had a couple of things needed which were identified and met, everything was fixed or replaced without a drama. Thank you again for a great experience
