Surprisingly good coffee from a drive through coffee shop, in fairness I didnt expect a lot but I have been back many times since the first time. The coffee is good by any standards and it is convenient to not have to get out of your car to place the order, pay or pickup. They even have portable eftpos so it's perfect for a quick stop.

Excellent coffee and good service. Lots of healthy smoothies for me to choose from, esp for this hot weather. Everything is super fast and staff is lovely. Deserve to come quite often.
I was a dedicated regular at this place, used to spend about $50 a week here, it was so good to have a place in Bathurst open from dawn to dusk with GOOD coffee (so not Maccas). However in the last several months something has obviously gone seriously wrong. It is closed half the time, with no explanation, no notice of a change of trading hours, just a closed garage door. It's happened in the morning, in the middle of the day and the afternoon, I can't figure out a pattern.Also, they don't take dairy allergies seriously at all. My boyfriend has a stomach ulcer and cannot under any circumstances have dairy anymore. Almost every time he's been to Johnny Bean Good lately he has ended up sick and, in one case, at the hospital vomiting blood from the irritation caused by the lactose to his stomach lining. This occurred even after double checking that his order was made lactose free and was assured by the server that zymill was used. He and all his work mates have stopped going there for smoko now. So a few hundred dollars out of the owners pocket every week because of this carelessness. The thing is, I would come back for the coffee and because the girls there are so lovely, but I'm not willing to drive out of my way to a shop that may or may not be open on a random schedule. If the hours were updated or they just stayed open when they said they'd be open, I could become a regular again. Such a shame I can't continue to recommend this place to friends.
