Really blown away by how rude and unprofessional the manager was. Young guy was good but cranky old guy behind the counter seemed offended by me asking if he could take anything off the price... Kept asking me if I go into Woolworths or Coles and ask for discounts for things there (said it twice)... Well no but I do for $200 items. OK sure maybe I was being too pushy (perhaps I got him on the wrong day?). But hey I've worked in retail for years, its very normal for customers to ask if they're able to price match other shop fronts in NSW. Anyway won't be going back, I'm all for supporting local bike shops but not this guy. I'll give 3 stars because the young guy was great, professional, helpful and well informed(great customer service). Shop was well stocked and displayed, had a great range and fair prices for good brands.

Recommend this shop to anyone. Steve or as he told me, "bucko" to his friends ; along with the lady working there couldn't do enough for me. They went out of their way to help me.I would have given them more stars if possible
If I could give 15 stars I would. I haven't been on a bike in many years and this is the place to go for friendly and understanding service. In no time at all I ended up with a BEAUTIFUL tricycle shipped in, assembled and so much help getting to be a confident rider, which I now am. Excellent pricing too as I expected to pay triple the amount that I did pay. Thank you all!
